Finally got around to posting Slumber Valley pics from July. This is the bug and wildlife post. Scroll for more. Warning: This first dragonfly is a kind I’ve never been able to photograph because they’re super skittish. I saved this one from being stuck under a canopy, and he let me snap a few before flying off.#latergram
The best my phone could do in astrophotography mode from my balcony with all the light pollution.
I’m digging this fall/winter thing!
On my run today Swipe slowly: the first two are a panorama.
I was worried for the bunnies and coyotes with all this construction for the Green Line Extension Project and Cambridge Crossing, but the snow shows they’re doing just fine.
Boston esplanade and Cambridge during today’s run.
Spring run
Icy run yesterday
Wandered around the Arnold Arboretum today
Happy Halloween! Valley hates her bat wings, but she’s so cute in them. Also, I had to buy Christmas tree Reese’s because the store was out of Halloween Reese’s but already had Christmas ones in stock…
Pumpkin Walk at the Franklin Park Zoo on Sunday
Finally bought new fancy running shoes yesterday and ran my first 4.5 miles in them today. My feet don’t hurt like they’ve been with my old ones, or maybe I’m just convincing myself that the purchase was worthwhile. Also, CRAZY fog over Boston today.
Spring in Boston
Snowy Brookline
